ClassicCarBids.com is intended to be a user friendly trading platform, but as with anything concerning any kind of transactions there are risks involved and we strongly advise you to understand all of these terms before joining. If you notice a listing or a member that you feel is violating the general terms and conditions of this website as stated below please let us know by contacting our Operations Manager.

1. Your ClassicCarBids.com Membership: Membership to ClassicCarBids.com is extended as a privledge and not as a right. Each account is available only to those of you who can form a legally binding contract.
Additionally: You may not use a URL (web site address) whole or in part as your username or in any way reflect a website URL as a part of your username. AuctionsFor.com does not permit minors (under 18) to knowingly register. If any member fails to register with their correct age or any account information is deemed false, the account will be terminated immediately and you will be banned from entering AuctionYeah.com till you reach legal age.

2. Your Conduct: You are solely responsible for the contents of your auctions and Buy Now Listings on ClassicCarBids.com. You must take all reasonable steps to guarantee that your participation in the selling or buying process does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you are entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation. You must not transmit through the service any vulgar, threatening, libelous, abusive, harassing, harmful, unlawful, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Rights To Suspend or Terminate: You agree that ClassicCarBids.com, in its own discretion, may terminate any Auction Listing or Buy Now Listing and/or use of the AuctionYeah.com site immediately and without notice if:
(1) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of ClassicCarBids.com.
(2) You have repeatedly violate certain terms.
(3) You have listed a suspicious item.
(4) We believe you to be a non paying Bidder or a Seller who does not complete a transaction.

If you are found to be either a non-paying bidder or non-shipping seller, your account will be suspended pending an investigation by our Online Engineer. In most cases, when we receive a complaint we will ask the concerned parties to resolve the issue between themselves before AuctionYeah.com becomes officially involved. If we open an investigation you will be notified before we suspend your account/listing as we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive as to any breach of our terms of use, then your account with us will be terminated for a year.

4. Termination of Service: You agree that ClassicCarBids.com, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of AuctionYeah.com (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any content within AuctionYeah.com for any reason, including, without limitation, if AuctionYeah.com believes that you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOU. Further, you agree that AuctionYeah.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the AuctionYeah.com website. Further, you agree not to attempt to use AuctionYeah.com after said termination.

5. Additional Terms of Use: ClassicCarBids.com acts as a buying and selling portal for its membership to conduct transactional sales. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers and as a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items.

We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have bid on.
ClassicCarBids.com will take any and all steps we feel are necessary to protect our membership. This may include direct contact with you, notification of your local law enforcement agency, your ISP and/or the F.B.I. if warranted.

ClassicCarBids.com shall not be responsible for any items sold on ClassicCarBids.com, or for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either Buyer/Seller.
ClassicCarBids.com shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained.

ClassicCarBids.com assumes no liability for the content of the listings. However, if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as legally possible.
In addition, please note that there are risks of dealing with buying and selling overseas, underage persons or people acting under false pretense. We currently accept buyers and sellers from all countries.

6. Access To ClassicCarBids.com: ClassicCarBids.com grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access AuctionYeah.com for your own personal/legitimate business use. You may not invite, entice or otherwise urge any member of AuctionYeah.com to join another auction site. By doing so your AuctionYeah.com account will be suspended or removed immediately. This license does not include:
(1) access to ClassicCarBids.com by Posting Agents; or
(2) any collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of it's Services nor any use of data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering and extraction tools for any purpose unless expressly permitted by AuctionYeah.com.

A limited exception to (2) is provided to general purpose internet search engines and non-commercial public archives that use such tools to gather information for the sole purpose of displaying hyperlinks to the Service, provided they each do so from a stable IP address or range of IP addresses using an easily identifiable agent and comply with our robots.txt file.

ClassicCarBids.com permits you to display on your personal website, or create a hyperlink on your website to, individual listings on AuctionYeah.com so long as such use is for noncommercial and/or news reporting purposes only (e.g., for use in personal blog or personal online media)

If the total number of such postings displayed or linked to on your website exceeds one hundred (100), your use will be presumed to be in violation of the TOU, absent express written permission granted by AuctionYeah.com to do so.

You may also create a hyperlink to the home page of ClassicCarBids.com site so long as the link does not portray AuctionYeah.com, its staff, or its affiliates in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. iOnlineAuction.com takes this extremely seriously and actively monitors all incoming links for compliance.

ClassicCarBids.com offers various parts of this auction service in RSS format so that users can embed individual feeds into a personal website or blog, or view listings through third party software news aggregators.

ClassicCarBids.com permits you to display, excerpt from, and link to the RSS feeds on your personal website or personal web blog, provided that:
(a) Your use of the RSS feed is for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
(b) Each title is correctly linked back to the original post on the Service and redirects the user to the post when the user clicks on it.
(c) You provide adjacent to the RSS feed proper attribution to AuctionYeah.com as the source.
(d) Your use or display does not suggest that AuctionYeah.com promotes or endorses any third party causes, ideas, web sites, products or services.
(e) You do not redistribute the RSS feed.
(f) Your use does not overburden the AuctionYeah.com systems.

ClassicCarBids.com reserves all rights in the content of the RSS feeds and may terminate any RSS feed at any time. Use of AuctionYeah.com beyond the scope of authorized access granted to you by AuctionYeah.com immediately terminates said permission or license. In order to collect, aggregate, copy, duplicate, display or make derivative use of iOnlineAuction.com Service or any Content made available via the Service for other purposes (including commercial purposes) not stated herein, you must first obtain a license from AuctionYeah.com.

7. Proprietary Rights: ClassicCarBids.com is protected to the maximum extent permitted by copyright laws and international treaties. Content displayed on or through the AuctionYeah.com website is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to copyrights laws, and international conventions. Any reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works from or redistribution of the site or the collective work, and/or copying or reproducing the site or any portion thereof to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without the express written consent of AuctionYeah.com.

You further agree not to reproduce, duplicate or copy Content from AuctionYeah.com without the express written consent of AuctionYeah.com, and agree to abide by any and all copyright notices displayed on AuctionYeah.com. You may not decompile or disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover any source code contained in AuctionYeah.com. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any aspect of AuctionYeah.com.

8. Published Trademarks In The United States And International Markets Held By Tony O. Kirby (TULSA, OK, US): AuctionYeah.com, Celebritized.com, PeopleMogul.com, SocialLips.com, 4GService.com, PDApocket.com, StocksAre.com, FlickGrid.com, TelevisionLoop.com, RadioLoop.com,

Although AuctionYeah.com does not claim ownership of content that its members post, by posting Content to any public area of AuctionYeah.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to AuctionYeah.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute said Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, said Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses (through multiple tiers) of the foregoing.

Furthermore, by posting Content to any public area of the Service, you automatically grant AuctionYeah.com all rights necessary to prohibit any subsequent aggregation, display, copying, duplication, reproduction, or exploitation of the Content on the website by any party for any purpose.

9. Laws: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of Oklahoma. Updated April 13, 2009
